Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Sasaram. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales in key regions, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with dealers and retailers, and achieving sales targets. They will also monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that promote growth and brand visibility. Qualifications • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Prospecting, and Negotiation • Proven experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management • Ability to analyze Sales Data and identify market trends • Familiarity with Retail Distribution and Dealer-Partner Management • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills • Experience in the footwear or consumer goods industry is advantageous • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
