About the job
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive / Business Development professional who can drive new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency. • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. • Pitch integrated advertising and marketing solutions to clients. • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development. • Prior experience in advertising, media, digital, or marketing agencies preferred. • Candidates with a strong sales flair and client acquisition experience are also encouraged to apply. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively. • Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive mindset.
