Job Description: Senior Sales Executive – Retail Interior Design Position: Senior Sales Executive Industry: Retail Interior Design Location: Kalyan Bypass (Bhiwandi) Experience: 4–7 Years (Preferably in Interior Design, Retail Fit-Out, Furniture, Modular Solutions) Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development · Identify and generate new business opportunities in retail interior design, modular furniture, and store fit-out projects. · Meet retail clients, architects, project managers, and procurement heads for lead generation. · Conduct client presentations, product demos, and design solution discussions. · Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management · Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. · Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design & project team for proposals and BOQs. · Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and after-sales support. 3. Proposal & Negotiation · Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and detailed proposals. · Participate in commercial negotiations and finalize deal closures. · Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical feasibility, and timelines. 4. Project Coordination · Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to align customer expectations. · Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery to clients. 5. Market Research & Reporting · Track market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. · Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates for management review. Key Skills Required: · Strong experience in B2B/B2C sales for interior, modular furniture, retail fit-outs, or similar industries. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and layout plans (added advantage). · Strong networking and client handling skills. · Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Qualification: · Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: Interior Design / Architecture / Business Administration). · MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
