Senior Sales Leader – Global IT Services EngineerBabu is expanding its global delivery and sales leadership from Indore. We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader who has successfully sold App Development, Web Development, Automation, and AI-driven digitalization projects to international customers across the US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC. This role is for someone mature, high-ownership, and self-managed—someone who has previously grown IT services revenue, handled 100–200 projects per year, and collaborated closely with delivery teams to scale a company. Key Responsibilities • Global New Business & Consultative Selling • Drive new customer acquisition in global markets. • Sell App, Web, AI/ML, Automation, MVPs, and Digital Transformation programs. • Conduct deep discovery, problem mapping, and consultative solutioning. • Build predictable pipelines using modern outbound and inbound systems. • Account Growth, Upsell & Strategic Partnerships • Grow existing accounts through long-term roadmaps, modernization, AI initiatives, and managed services. • Own relationships with CXOs, product heads, founders, and enterprise teams. • Convert relationships into multi-year technology partnerships. • Revenue Ownership & Forecasting • Take full responsibility for quarterly and annual revenue numbers. • Manage pipeline quality, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting discipline. • Ensure sales promises match delivery capacity and timelines. • Collaboration with Delivery, AI & Engineering Teams • Work with PMs, tech leads, AI teams, and founders for solution design and scoping. • Ensure clean handovers, documentation, and expectation alignment. • Monitor project outcomes to build repeat business and case studies. • Team Leadership & Culture Building • Lead SDRs/BDRs/Account Managers with humility and accountability. • Build processes, frameworks, demo scripts, and objection-handling systems. • Cultivate a performance-driven yet respectful, founder-like culture. Experience Key Requirements • 7–12+ years in IT services sales (NOT product sales). • Proven record of closing software development, app/web, AI/ML, and modernization deals. • Successfully supported delivery of 100–200 projects per year. • Experience handling $1M–$5M+ annual revenue portfolios. • Prior team leadership experience (3–15 members). Skills • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and storytelling. • Strong proposal/SOW writing and technical understanding. • CRM expertise (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce). • Strong outbound + inbound sales frameworks. • High emotional intelligence and founder-style ownership. Personality • Humble, grounded, and extremely reliable. • Self-managed and accountable - no micromanagement required. • Long-term mindset: Someone who wants to build a legacy at Engineer Babu. • Comfortable working from the Indore office daily. • Fully open to India, global travel as required. Success Metrics (KPIs) • Annual revenue closed + delivered. • Account growth through upsell/cross-sell. • New clients acquired in global markets. • Pipeline predictability and velocity. • Delivery satisfaction and repeat business ratio. • Team performance and culture impact.
