Job Summary: • Milvian is building its enterprise go to market presence in India and is hiring a senior sales leader based in Hyderabad to drive this effort. • This role is suited for someone with experience selling into large enterprises that operate complex facilities across sectors such as commercial real estate, industrial, logistics, and infrastructure. • The role combines enterprise sales execution with a builder mindset. You will develop relationships, drive early customer wins, and help establish Milvian’s commercial presence in India. Responsibilities: • Develop enterprise opportunities across campuses, commercial real estate, industrial facilities, logistics networks, and infrastructure environments • Build relationships with facilities leadership, operations teams, and sustainability stakeholders • Generate pipeline through industry networks, outbound engagement, and strategic account targeting • Present Aqueduct’s value in improving facility performance, reducing utility waste, and increasing operational visibility • Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversations through pilots and commercial closure • Work closely with product and engineering teams during evaluations and deployments • Contribute to shaping Milvian’s enterprise GTM motion in India Experience: • Senior enterprise sales professional with experience selling into facilities, infrastructure, or operational environments • Strong understanding of building systems and facility operations • Familiarity with HVAC, energy systems, utilities, and building automation environments • Exposure to IoT platforms, analytics platforms, or building technology solutions • Proven ability to open and develop enterprise accounts • Comfortable working in a fast moving environment with high ownership
