About the job

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Professional with a minimum of 10 years of proven track record in plywood sales or related building materials. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, target-oriented, number savvy, and analytically strong, with the ability to work independently and deliver consistent results. A well-established network and strong relationships with architects, OEMs, Interior Designers, Dealers, and Channel Partners are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Build strong, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers. Expand the company’s presence in assigned territories through proactive market visits and client meetings. Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Manage and grow the dealer network; ensure regular follow-ups and timely order closures. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates. Represent the brand with professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the plywood, laminates, veneers, or building materials industry. Strong existing relationships or proven track record of selling to architects, designers, and dealers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented personality. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
