The Senior Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth, manage and mentor the sales team, and establish relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. The role requires tracking sales performance, ensuring goals are met or exceeded, and identifying new opportunities in the market to expand the company's reach and competitiveness. Qualifications • Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Analysis • 5 to 10 years exp in real estate • Strong Team Leadership, Management, and Performance Tracking abilities • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills • Experience with CRM software and Sales Analytics tools • A proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets • Capability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or related field, preferably in leadership roles • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent required; advanced degree is a plus
