Role Description This full-time on-site role, located in Vrindavan, is for a Senior Sales Manager at Breez Builders. In this position, the Senior Sales Manager will oversee sales team activities, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and ensure revenue targets are achieved. Responsibilities include client relationship management, market analysis to identify trends, and collaborating with marketing teams for business growth. The role also involves guiding and mentoring team members to enhance their sales performance and conducting regular sales reporting to management. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Growth • Strong Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills • Ability to perform Market Analysis and identify emerging market trends • Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Mentorship skills • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Persuasion abilities • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in the construction or related industry is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
