Job description Title: Senior Sales Manager – Furniture & Fit-out Experience: Minimum 8 years /Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities: • Drive business development and sales for furniture and interior fit-out projects across corporate, commercial, and institutional clients. • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, project consultants, and corporate clients. • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal, and presentation to negotiation and deal closure. • Work closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities. • Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business. • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review. Required Skills & Competencies: • Proven track record in furniture and fit-out project sales. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Qualifications: • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred). • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B Furniture / Interior Fit-out / Workspace Solutions Sales. Industry Preference: • Furniture & Interior Fit-out • Modular Furniture / Workspace Solutions • Commercial Real Estate / Office Interior Design • Architectural & Design Firms (B2B Project Sales)
