Senior Sales Manager – In Solar EPC Projects Location: Pune (On-site) We are looking for an accomplished Senior Sales Manager with strong, hands-on experience in Solar EPC sales. The ideal candidate has successfully closed large MW-scale projects and is ready to lead strategic growth in both Ground-Mounted and Rooftop (C&I) segments. Key Responsibilities :- • Lead the complete EPC sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. • Build and manage strong relationships with industrial, commercial & utility clients. • Prepare technical–commercial proposals and drive high-value negotiations. • Achieve sales and profitability targets. • Mentor and guide the sales team to deliver exceptional results. • Collaborate with engineering, design & project teams for accurate and competitive proposals. Desired Experience :- • 8–12 years of experience specifically in Solar EPC sales. • Proven success in closing MW-scale EPC projects. • Strong technical understanding of PV systems, EPC design, costing & BOQs. • Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills. • Strategic, target-driven, and willing to travel for client engagements.
