Role Description This is a full-time Senior Sales Manager – B2B (Individual Contributor) role responsible for driving institutional and enterprise sales, generating revenue, and building strategic partnerships. The role focuses on owning the complete sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving assigned revenue targets through structured planning and execution. Key Responsibilities Own and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets Identify, develop, and close new institutional and enterprise partnerships Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools Ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion Skills & Competencies Strong B2B sales and business development expertise Proven track record of achieving revenue targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement ability Ability to work independently and drive outcomes Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and forecasting High ownership, accountability, and result orientation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in B2B / Institutional Sales Experience in EdTech, Training, or Education industry preferred Must own a car and hold a valid driving license Open to extensive travel Additional Information Full-time role Individual Contributor position Immediate joiners preferred
