Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our admissions and sales operations across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in the EdTech/Education industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to achieve ambitious regional sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor & manage high-performing sales teams across assigned regions. • Plan, execute & monitor strategic sales campaigns to drive monthly & quarterly admission targets. • Ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals, conversion ratios & sales KPIs. • Expand market penetration through channel partners, educational events & corporate tie-ups. • Train sales advisors in CRM usage, communication standards & lead handling best practices. • Conduct performance reviews, training interventions & motivational initiatives. • Manage regional budgeting, forecasting & resource allocations. • Collaborate with marketing, academic & operations teams for smooth onboarding and student satisfaction. • Monitor competitor activities and recommend market-specific strategies. • Produce weekly, monthly & quarterly sales reports for senior leadership. Required Skills & Competencies • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Leadership within the EdTech/Education sector. • Strong people management & performance-driven leadership style. • Excellent communication & negotiation skills. • Language proficiency: English, Malayalam, Tamil & Kannada. • Ability to work under pressure, handle large teams & deliver on high targets. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, lead funnels & digital sales strategies. • Proactive, energetic and goal-oriented mindset. Qualification • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. • Additional certifications in sales/leadership are an added advantage.
