Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC / Renewable Energy Location: Akola Company: Kopstone Services Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage key clients, and expand market presence in the solar and renewable energy sector. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, channel management experience, and a proven sales track record. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team • Generate new business through B2B, B2C, dealers, and EPC channels • Manage key accounts and high-value customers • Handle solar rooftop projects including PM Surya Ghar Yojana • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis • Coordinate with installation, accounts, and service teams • Build strong relationships with dealers, consultants, and government agencies • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred • 5+ years experience in Sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role • Strong knowledge of Solar EPC / Rooftop Solar / Renewable Energy • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to handle targets and team performance • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting Preferred Candidate Profile • Experience in solar rooftop projects & government schemes • Strong dealer and channel network • Willing to travel within the assigned region Salary & Benefits • Salary: As per experience + performance incentives • Growth opportunities in a fast-growing renewable energy company
