About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative selling managing CXO-level discussions and driving end-to-end sales processes. This role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall sales strategy and growth. Key Responsibilities: • Independently identify approach and engage potential clients for digital marketing services • Represent the company at industry exhibitions trade shows and networking events to generate opportunities • Lead client meetings product service demos and presentations with a consultative approach • Create and deliver customized presentations PPTs and proposals tailored to client requirements • Drive negotiations address objections and confidently close deals • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance sales performance • Achieve assigned sales targets while fostering long-term client relationships. Requirements: • 3-6 years of proven sales experience in B2B or service-based industries • Strong background in consultative selling and handling CXO-level conversations • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills • Knowledge of digital marketing services SEO PPC SMM etc preferred • Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results. What We Are Not Looking For: • International sales-only profiles • LinkedIn-based lead generation specialists • Candidates expecting ready-made leads
