Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the entire Sales Department in a manufacturing setup. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, handling key industrial accounts, coordinating with production and planning teams, ensuring timely order execution, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage overall sales operations in the manufacturing unit. 2. Develop annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with production capacity. 3. Handle Key Account Customers (OEMs, distributors, bulk buyers). 4. Ensure enquiry-to-order conversion and achieve monthly sales targets. 5. Coordinate with Production, PPC, Tool Room, and Dispatch for order planning. 6. Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and customer commitments. 7. Track PI vs. Payment Recovery and ensure timely collection. 8. Approve quotations, costing, and pricing as per company margin policy. 9. Participate in new product development discussions with the technical team. 10. Identify new industrial segments and expansion opportunities. 11. Conduct regular sales review meetings and performance analysis. 12. Monitor sales KPIs such as lead generation, order conversion ratio, dispatch performance, and recovery cycle. 13. Manage customer complaints related to quality, delivery, or pricing in coordination with the QMS/QC team. 14. Prepare monthly sales forecast for production planning. 15. Represent the company in exhibitions, client visits, and industrial meetings. Required Skills:  Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes  Understanding of costing, margin control, and industrial pricing  Experience in B2B and industrial sales  Ability to coordinate cross-functionally (Production, Quality, Stores, Accounts)  Strong negotiation and recovery follow-up skills  Data-driven decision-making ability Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business  MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred. Experience:  8–12 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial sales  Minimum 3–5 years of team handling experience  Experience handling OEMs and large industrial clients Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits:• Food provided• Provident Fund Work Location: In person
