Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with proven expertise in Information Technology sales, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation projects and Software Services & Solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of engaging with C-level executives, delivering transformation pitches, driving a digital transformation business unit and driving large-scale deals including government tenders. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for IT solutions, cybersecurity services, and software offerings. Engage with senior executives and decision-makers to present transformation roadmaps. Conduct impactful presentations and solution demonstrations tailored to client needs. Manage end-to-end sales cycles including proposals, negotiations, and closures. Work closely with government agencies and respond to tenders/RFPs effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal technical teams for solution alignment and delivery. Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned regions. Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience: Minimum 8+ years in IT sales, with strong exposure to cybersecurity and software solutions. Expertise: Proven track record in handling enterprise clients and government projects. Experience working with System Integration Company Work experience with multiple OEM products like HPE, Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, etc. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to craft and deliver compelling transformation pitches to senior stakeholders. Familiarity with government procurement processes and tender submissions. Willingness to travel frequently to Tanzania and other regions as required. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
