Salary - upto 12lpa 3+yrs of experience Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager – B2B Electricals (Panels, Wires) located in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing and managing client relationships, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, and aligning sales strategies to meet targets. The Sr. Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills, expertise in B2B sales, and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical products such as panels, wires, and related solutions • Market research and strategic planning capabilities to identify growth opportunities • Proficiency in client relationship management and excellent presentation skills • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to manage a team • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an added advantage • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus • Relevant B2B sales experience in the electrical industry is preferred
