Job Description – Senior Sales Manager (Back Office Sales) Location: Butibori MIDC, Nagpur Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head – Back Office Sales to lead our internal sales team. The ideal candidate will manage inside sales operations, handle customer coordination, drive sales targets, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the back office sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Monitor and track inquiry generation, follow-ups, quotations, and order closures. • Coordinate with field sales team, distributors, dealers and customers. • Develop and implement sales strategies, reporting formats and MIS. • Maintain customer database, sales pipeline and conversion reports. • Handle pricing, negotiations and order processing. • Ensure timely communication and support to customers and sales partners. • Work closely with management for planning and forecasting. • Train, motivate and guide the sales team to improve performance. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support. Requirement: • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience (inside/back office sales preferred). • Strong knowledge of sales process, dealer coordination, quotation management. • Target-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales goals. • Strong team management and leadership ability. • Self-driven, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills. • Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, CRM/Sales tools. • Candidates from Tiles, Bathware, Paint, Electrical Appliances, Plywood, Hardware, Ceramic or Chemical industry will be preferred. Qualification: • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline. • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
