Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC Projects (Ground-Mounted & Rooftop) Location: Pune (On-site) Job Type: Full-time About the Role :- We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in Solar EPC project sales for both Ground-Mounted and Rooftop (C&I) installations. The ideal candidate will drive large EPC business growth, manage key clients, lead high- ... value negotiations, and close large-scale solar projects end-to-end. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep industry expertise and a proven track record in Solar EPC sales. Key Responsibilities :- • EPC Sales Leadership: Lead the complete sales cycle for Ground-Mounted and Rooftop Solar EPC projects from lead generation to contract closure. • Client Acquisition: Identify and convert high-value opportunities across industrial, commercial, and utility sectors. • Deal Negotiations: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close long-term EPC contracts. • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals. • Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance. • Market Intelligence: Track solar EPC trends, policies, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, finance, and project teams for accurate proposals and smooth execution. • Sales Reporting: Maintain updated sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports. Qualifications & Experience :- • 8–12 years of experience in Solar EPC project sales, with strong exposure to both Ground-Mounted and Rooftop (C&I) segments. • Proven track record of closing large EPC projects (MW-scale preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. • Strong technical understanding of PV systems, EPC designs, BOQ costing, and commercial models. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and C-level relationship-building skills. • Leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams. • Highly target-driven, strategic, and self-motivated. • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development. Key Skills :- • Strong EPC sales acumen across Utility, Industrial, and Commercial solar segments. • Expertise in both Ground-Mounted and Rooftop Solar PV solutions. • Ability to manage high-value accounts and multi-stakeholder negotiations. • Strategic planning with data-driven decision-making. • Problem-solving and customer-centric approach. • Ability to handle multiple large-scale opportunities independently.
