Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - Stock Broking, located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager will manage key client relationships, develop business strategies to onboard institutional, HNI, and retail clients, and identify new business opportunities in the stock broking domain. Responsibilities include leading a sales team, analyzing market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction by tailoring financial products, and meeting revenue and growth targets. The role requires collaborating with internal teams, maintaining strong client relations, and adhering to compliance standards. Qualifications • Sales and relationship management skills, including client acquisition, client retention, and stakeholder management • In-depth knowledge of stock broking, financial products, and market dynamics, including equities, derivatives, and commodities • Strategic thinking and business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue generation • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in compliance and risk management practices within the financial services industry • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage • Prior experience in a senior sales or managerial role within the stock broking or financial services industry.
