Key Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and acquire new clients while managing and nurturing existing relationships. - Sales & Negotiation: Drive sales growth through effective negotiation and closing deals. - Support & After-Sales: Provide support to clients before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction. - Market & Sales Analysis: Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth. - Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with internal teams and provide training on product offerings. - Marketing Support & Event Representation: Assist in marketing activities and represent the company at events. - Training & Development: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay updated in the industry. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Sales or a related field. - Experience: 2-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a technical field. Skills: - Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts to clients. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and focus on exceptional customer service. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Adaptable to changing environments and client needs. - Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
