Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
About the job
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for drone and its components (motors, propellers, pumps, PCBs, flight controllers, GPS/GNSS, etc.) for India and International Market. • Identify new business opportunities in agriculture, defense, industrial and enterprise drone sectors. • Work with marketing teams on product promotions, exhibitions, dealer meets, and digital campaigns to boost drone & components sales. • Conduct market analysis to track competitor movement, pricing trends, and emerging technologies. • Ensure channel partners meet sales forecasts and brand standards. • Drive cross-selling and upselling of components across OEM product lines. • Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and long-term supply agreements. • Monitor inventory and Coordinate with production, design, and supply chain teams for timely delivery and customization requirements. • Digital Campaign & CRM handle: Plan and execute campaigns, email marketing, and CRM database management. • Excellent communication, Analytical & problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- MBA in Sales & Marketing
