Role & responsibilities A senior Sales & Marketing leadership role responsible for driving accelerated revenue growth, expanding into new geographies and industry verticals, and building scalable commercial capabilities within an engineering-led organization. The position has potential to evolve into a CEO-level role based on performance and strategic impact. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute long-term sales and market expansion strategy • Build a strong, margin-focused order book pipeline • Lead sales of bespoke, engineered-to-order solutions with long project cycles • Manage high-value techno-commercial negotiations with EPCs, industrial and global clients • Ensure cross-functional alignment from proposal to execution • Build and mentor a high-performance sales and proposals team • Drive international expansion (Africa, SE Asia, Eastern Europe) Preferred candidate profile • Proven experience in customized or engineered-to-order solutions • Strong exposure to complex, large-value contracts • Engineering graduate with technical-to-commercial career progression • Executive presence, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong commercial-technical integration
