Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Officer located in Nakashipara. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales operations, managing customer relationships, generating leads, and building and maintaining channel partnerships. Additionally, the individual will be expected to develop strategies for achieving sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.Qualifications• Experience in Customer Service and ability to build strong client relationships• Skills in Lead Generation and understanding sales pipelines• Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively• Knowledge in Sales Operations and Channel Sales strategies• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering results• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team• Experience in the retail or wholesale industry is a plus• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
