The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities, generating quality leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include presenting SkillOrbit’s solutions to potential clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and support. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and market penetration. Qualifications • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing sales effectively. • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Market Knowledge: Understanding of EdTech, online learning platforms, and competitive landscape. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations. • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking, decision-making abilities, and adaptability to meet client needs. • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is desirable. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
