Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Kadi for a Senior Sales Representative at Space-X Prefab Innovations. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves presenting products and services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the representative will collaborate with the internal teams to align client needs with product offerings and provide regular sales reports to management. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in client relationship management. • Ability to conduct market research, identify new leads, and generate business opportunities. • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in maintaining records, creating reports, and analyzing sales data. • Prior experience in the prefab, construction, or related industries is highly desirable but not required. • Proven ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
