Key Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Growth • Manage, retain, and grow revenue across assigned FMCG and Pharma accounts. • Develop strong relationships with brand owners, procurement teams, packaging development, and converter partners. • Act as the primary customer interface, driving end-to-end engagement from inquiry to quotation, sampling, order closure, and delivery. • Create account plans to maximize share of business and achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with internal teams (Technical, Production, Supply Chain, Quality) to ensure specifications are met and deliveries are on time. • Coordinate on product customizations, trials, and approvals to support customer requirements. Business Development & Market Insights • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. • Prospect and acquire new customers in the FMCG and Pharma segments. • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging technologies in the PS Labels space. Customer Service & Issue Resolution • Ensure smooth handling of customer complaints, quality issues, and escalations. • Support technical discussions, on-site visits, and customer audits when required. • Maintain timely documentation, reports, forecasts, and dashboards for business review. Commercials and Collections • Ensure timely billing and collections as per agreed payment terms. • Work within defined pricing frameworks to protect margins and profitability. Skills Required • Good Communication & Analytical skills • Should have the ability to develop strategies to drive key elements of sales and profitable growth. • High on Interpersonal Skills to deal with people - internal and external. • Professional with fair and balanced approach to resolve issues with the right perspective. • Operates with Highest levels of integrity & ethics.
