Compelling Opportunity for Senior SAP Pre-Sales & Solutioning Consultant with SAP Implementation Partner Employment | Immediate Job Summary SAP implementation partner is looking for a Senior SAP Pre-Sales & Solutioning Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience and deep expertise in SAP S / 4HANA, GROW with SAP, and RISE with SAP (Private Cloud). The role requires end-to-end Solutioning capability, system demonstrations, client-facing advisory, and the ability to support deal closures for mid to large enterprises in the North region. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP Pre-Sales activities including requirement discovery, solution design, and client presentations. • Perform hands-on system demos and SAP TDD (Technical Design Demonstration) aligned with industry-specific requirements. • Configure SAP systems as per client business processes and industry standards. • Provide end-to-end Solutioning support from pre-sales to deal closure. • Drive GROW with SAP end-to-end implementation Solutioning. • Deliver RISE with SAP (Private Cloud) Solutioning and advisory, including architecture recommendations. • Act as a trusted SAP BOM (Bill of Materials) advisory expert for customers. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Architecture teams to build winning proposals. • Support RFPs, proposals, effort estimation, and commercial Solutioning. • Demonstrate module expertise in 1–2 SAP modules (preferred: Finance / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Industry-focused modules). • Provide guidance on SAP integrations (SAP and third-party systems). • Participate in customer workshops, requirement validation sessions, and solution walkthroughs. • Stay updated with SAP roadmap, cloud offerings, and industry best practices. Required Experience & Skills • 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with strong exposure to Pre-Sales and Implementation. • Proven hands-on implementation experience (mandatory). • Strong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA, GROW with SAP, RISE with SAP – Private Cloud. • Ability to configure SAP systems during demos and workshops. • Strong understanding of SAP integrations. • Experience working with domestic (India-based) clients. • Excellent Solutioning, presentation, and communication skills. • Proven ability to support deal closures through effective technical and business Solutioning. • Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA is a plus. • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise customers. • Exposure to industry-specific SAP solutions will be an advantage.
