About the job
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing automation strategies to optimize performance for the Global Hotel and Car Rental business. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing daily marketing operations, including campaign optimization and task execution via scalable tools and solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify datasets to assist with campaign automations. - Analyzing data insights and leading test-and-learn initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth. - Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to enhance online presence and booking conversions. - Maintaining awareness of industry trends and implementing best practices for continuous performance improvement. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related discipline). - Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL. - Experience in data analysis and familiarity with tools like BigQuery (a plus). - Excellent numerical and analytical skills. - Excellent English communication skills. - Demonstrated learning agility and a proactive approach to gaining new skills in marketing and SEM.
