Job Category We are looking for a seasoned Senior SEO & Brand Strategy Manager to lead marketing and branding initiatives across multiple websites in our credit card and banking categories. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brand's voice and enhancing our digital presence across various platforms. Responsibilities • Oversee website redesigns to improve engagement, user experience, and brand alignment. • Collaborate with web developers and designers to integrate best practices in user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO). • Continuously monitor website performance, using data-driven insights to improve content and functionality. • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our digital platforms. • Work closely with the creative, development, and editorial teams to create tools and resources to enhance our value propositions. • Develop and execute branding strategies that enhance our market position and brand recognition. • Work closely with the creative team to maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support company goals and drive growth. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform and refine marketing strategies and initiatives. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting as needed to optimize results. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on SEO and branding. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. • Proven record of successfully managing website redesign projects and creating impactful marketing materials. • Strong expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and brand management. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling PowerPoint decks and marketing content. • Experience working with creative teams and managing cross-functional projects. • Proficient in marketing software and tools, including content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Financial Services knowledge is a plus.
