Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior SEO Manager role based in Pune. The Senior SEO Manager will oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and drive organic growth. Responsibilities include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, developing and managing link-building campaigns, and analyzing web analytics. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with marketing goals and ensure consistent growth in search rankings and traffic. Qualifications • Proficiency in performing SEO Audits and managing on-page SEO optimizations • In-depth understanding of Keyword Research for targeted campaigns • Experience in implementing effective Link-Building strategies • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Web Analytics and deliver actionable insights • Understanding of Marketing and how SEO integrates with broader marketing strategies • Proven experience in a senior-level SEO role with a minimum of 5 years in the field • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO tools, algorithms, and best practices • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams • Experience in the agriculture or organic products industry is a plus • Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing preferred.
