Location: On-Site Experience: Minimum 4 years Industry: Travel / e-commerce (preferred) About the Role We’re looking for a Senior SEO + PPC Specialist who can take ownership of organic growth and paid acquisition across multiple websites and markets (English & Spanish). This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, and comfortable working with international audiences. Responsibilities • Own and execute SEO strategy across multiple websites (Argentina, Spanish global, English global) • Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for 2+ websites • Perform keyword research, on-page & technical SEO audits • Optimize landing pages for conversion (CRO basics) • Track performance using GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads • Manage budgets, bids, ROAS, CAC, and reporting • Coordinate with content, design, and development teams • Mentor and guide junior SEO/PPC resources • Stay updated with algorithm changes and PPC best practices Requirements • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in SEO & PPC • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads • Experience working with multi-language websites (English/Spanish) • Solid understanding of technical SEO • Strong analytical mindset & reporting skills • Experience in travel, OTA, or e-commerce is a big plus Nice to Have • Meta Ads, Bing Ads experience • International SEO (hreflang, geo-targeting) • Basic HTML / CMS knowledge (WordPress preferred) Apply with your CV + case studies or past results
