Department: Projects Salary : 30K – 50K About Company B&M Infra is a trusted general contractor and builder in Kerala, known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial and specialized projects. With a strong focus on quality, transparency and timely execution, we are looking for a Senior Site Engineer who can lead day-to-day site execution, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Prepare weekly work plans in consultation with the Project Manager. • Verify work execution against drawings, BOQ, schedule and specifications. • Prepare weekly work reports with progress, delays and next-step planning. • Ensure site registers, field measurement books and other documentation are maintained. • Coordinate with Purchase team and Labour Contractors/Suppliers to ensure adequate availability. • Ensure daily site operations are running as per the weekly plan. • Cross check stage-wise inspections to enforce quality control at every phase. • Track adherence to safety and site protocols and ensure compliance with regulations. • Prepare and submit daily site reports, attendance records and progress updates/activity logs, deviations or site challenges to the Project Manager. Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential/commercial construction supervision. • Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs and construction sequences. • Ability to lead labour teams and coordinate with multiple contractors. • Ability to lead teams effectively and maximize individual and collective performance. • Valid 2-wheeler/4-wheeler license (own vehicle preferred). • Excellent organisational and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic digital reporting tools.
