We are the team behind: • HanaPOS – A florist-focused POS platform used across the USA & Canada • SocialEZ – An AI-powered social media management tool built to simplify content creation and publishing. We are in growth mode. We are building brand visibility, driving traffic, and pushing sign-ups. We need someone who can execute consistently and move numbers — not just talk strategy. Role Overview: This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You will create content, publish campaigns, run emails, assist in paid ads, track performance, and help drive trial sign-ups. If you enjoy planning without execution, this role is not for you. If you enjoy building, testing, improving, and seeing growth, you’ll fit right in. What You'll Do: Social Media: • Write and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube • Create carousels, long-form and short-form videos (with designer support) • Maintain content calendar and consistency • Optimize posts to increase engagement and website clicks Content & Funnels: • Build content that pushes users toward sign-ups • Work closely with design and video teams • Improve messaging based on audience response Email Marketing: • Set up onboarding and nurturing email campaigns • Write high-converting email sequences • Track open rates, CTR, and improve performance Paid Ads (Support & Execution): • Assist in launching Meta/LinkedIn/Google campaigns • Coordinate ad creatives and copy • Monitor cost per lead and cost per sign-up • Suggest weekly improvements What Success Looks Like: • Consistent content output • Growth in engagement and traffic • Increase in trial sign-ups from organic and paid channels • Improved email performance • Clear weekly reporting on results Who We're Looking For: • 2+ years experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing • Comfortable executing independently • Understands that marketing connects to business outcomes • Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics • Strong writing and communication skills • Startup mindset — proactive, fast, adaptable.
