Senior Social Media Executive
About the job
Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute monthly organic content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Create engaging, brand-aligned content around books, authors, writing journeys, publishing insights, and reader communities. • Develop creative reel ideas, scripts, captions, hooks, and storytelling-led content formats. • Adapt trending social media formats to suit Blue Rose Publishers’ literary tone and audience. • Coordinate with authors, creators, freelancers, and internal teams for content production and collaborations. • Support book launches, author features, events, workshops, podcasts, and campaigns through social media storytelling. • Work closely with design, editorial, marketing, and PR teams to ensure consistent creative output. • Provide content direction for static and video creatives used across organic and performance channels (no media buying). • Ensure brand consistency across all social media and digital communication touchpoints. • Track and analyse engagement, reach, growth, and content performance. • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
