Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute social media strategies & content calendars • Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other platforms • Lead campaigns, collaborations & influencer activities • Analyze performance and optimize for engagement & growth • Guide and manage the social media team Required & Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in social media management • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends • Excellent communication, storytelling, and content planning skills • Experience managing teams • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Skill: • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or e-commerce brands • Knowledge of paid social media advertising • Influencer marketing and campaign execution experience • Basic understanding of performance marketing and funnels
