We are passionate about creativity, innovation, and delivering measurable impact for our clients. 💡Role Description 👥• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and brand objectives. • Strategize and manage daily social media activities across platforms — Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of social media executives, copywriters, Graphic designers & video editors; conduct regular check-ins, set KPIs, and provide performance feedback. • Content Oversight: Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to produce high performing content tailored for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). • Strong Client Communication: Should demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and professionally with government departments and public sector stakeholders. Skilled in understanding bureaucratic processes, maintaining formal correspondence, and ensuring clarity and compliance in all client communications. • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns, brand collaborations, and influencer initiatives. • Crisis & Reputation Management: Proactively identify and respond to potential brand risks on social media channels. • Platform Innovation: Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh and relevant. What we are looking for? • 7+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role – you’ve led teams, driven campaigns, and made an impact! • Proven experience handling Government PSU or Ministry clients – navigating bureaucracy with finesse and professionalism. • A natural mentor and leader – capable of inspiring your team to deliver creative, data-driven campaigns • Hands-on experience in marketing/advertising agencies, with a knack for creating strategies that work. • Strong marketing acumen, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate political awareness into powerful social campaigns.
