About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Social Media Marketing & Content Creator - Through understanding of short-form video creation end-to-end (Reels, Shorts, Stories): ideation scripting shooting editing publishing. Its must requirement. 2. Conceptualise & Generate high-velocity content ideas aligned with trends, memes, audio and platform algorithms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp Status). 3. Execute on-ground product shoots (custom jerseys, t-shirts, gifting products): framing, transitions, hooks, CTAs. DSLR skills optional, phone skills mandatory. 4. Track performance metrics (views, watch time, saves, shares) and iterate content weekly. Creativity without data is just art, not marketing.
