You will be responsible for managing multiple social media channels and leading impactful campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive relationships. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization. Analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure integrated campaign execution. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Develop and execute strategies for user-generated content campaigns. Monitor online reputation and manage crisis communications on social media when necessary. Create detailed reports on social media performance, providing recommendations for improvement. Manage social media budgets effectively, ensuring a high return on investment. Conduct A/B testing on social media content and ad creatives to optimize performance. Identify new opportunities for social media growth and engagement.
