As a Senior Software Developer AI, you will play a crucial role in utilizing AI technologies to optimize business processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding current business workflows and identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation to enhance speed, quality, and cost efficiency. - Developing proof of concepts (POCs), gaining business approval, and implementing AI solutions on a global scale. - Demonstrating proficiency in neural networks, programming, NLP, prompt engineering, and utilizing various AI tools and frameworks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring a strong understanding of data ethics and AI bias considerations. - Leading the development efforts for client-specific customization needs in individual deployments, in coordination with Software Developers and Design Managers. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies. - Consideration may be given to candidates with 3+ years of experience, based on exceptional skills and proven track record. - Strong background in implementing AI solutions within enterprise software applications. - Previous exposure to Interactive Response Technology (IRT) platforms or systems is highly advantageous. - Demonstrated ability to handle complex tasks and build solutions from scratch. - Proficiency in mentoring junior developers.
