You will have the opportunity to work in a culture of inclusion, alongside talented peers, with comprehensive benefits and career development prospects. • *Primary Responsibilities:** - Review requirements and systems analysis documents for completeness - Create documented designs following agreed design patterns and standards - Independently code and perform unit testing, while assisting or mentoring team members as needed - Adhere to coding standards and communicate effectively with engineers, QE, and onshore team - Support QE team during testing with defect fixes, code deployment, and clarifications - Encourage high-quality code through support of QE team efforts including mentoring, assistance, and automation tests - Collaborate with Deployment Lead and peer developers for project deployment activities - Ensure proper use of source control and deliver technical artifacts for each project - Mentor developers on technology and application knowledge when necessary - Identify opportunities to optimize applications - Comply with employment contract terms, company policies, procedures, and directives • *Required Qualifications:** - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - 6+ years of experience working with Java/J2EE technologies in full stack development - Experience in Web services, specifically Restful - Proficiency in Junit/Spock for testing - Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps initiatives - Strong SQL queries and MySQL experience - Solid Java programming (JDK1.8) background - Familiarity with Eclipse/IntelliJ Idea and JBoss - Expertise in Core Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, MVC) - Knowledge of Rest based web services, Node JS, or React JS - Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies - Integration or work with AI features in previous projects - Exposure to AI-Driven development environments like GitHub copilot - Good understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts - Proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and SDLC processes - Experience with application servers, preferably Jboss - Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills - Positive attitude and self-motivated
