As a Senior Software Engineer / Lead Analyst Java Full stack Developer at CGI, your role will involve coding, best practices, and strong design/analytical/code review skills. You will be responsible for estimation techniques, SDLC, development methodologies, and industry standard processes. Your main responsibilities will include: - Creating detailed mapping between old data elements and new data elements - Contacting customers to verify business rules and clarify data analysis - Identifying problems and making recommendations on how to overcome any issues - Developing standardized procedures for common conversion routines to increase efficiencies Key Qualifications for this role include: - General Programming Skills, Analyzing Information, Problem Solving - Software Algorithm Design, Software Performance Tuning, Attention to Detail - Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals - Software Documentation, Software Testing - Hands-on Experience in Java/Advanced Java/Web Services related technologies - Hands-on experience of PL/SQL, Hands-on experience on Oracle 10g and above - Knowledge on Pentaho/Development Skills (ETL) - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Additionally, you should have at least 6 years of experience in a Technical Leadership role with technical skills and designing/architecting experiences as stated. Knowledge of the Investment Industry/Wealth Management would be beneficial.
