Requirements
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- HCM systems knowledge
- SaaS HR solutions exposure
- Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Presales and/or Services Consulting
- 3+ years’ experience in HCM systems
- Ability to lead solutioning efforts
Preferred Technologies
- Strong communication and influencing skills

- Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI
