Job Title: Senior Specialist – Data Sciences Location: PAN India Experience: 8–15 years Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist – Data Sciences to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in advanced data science techniques, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions, with strong proficiency in MLOps, GenAI (LLMOps), and Python-based Data Science. This role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models for enterprise-scale applications, ensuring robust operationalization and governance. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for AIOps and predictive analytics. • Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of ML models. • Work on Generative AI solutions, including LLMOps, for enterprise use cases. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business processes. • Optimize model performance and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. • Drive innovation through research and application of emerging AI technologies. Required Skills • MLOps: End-to-end ML lifecycle management, CI/CD for ML models. • GenAI – LLMOps: Large Language Model operationalization and fine-tuning. • Python – Data Science: Advanced programming and data manipulation. • Machine Learning – AIOps: Predictive analytics, anomaly detection, automation. • Deep Learning – AIOps: Neural networks, computer vision, NLP. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. • 7–11 years of experience in Data Science and AI/ML roles. • Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments. • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Preferred • Experience with Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with transformer-based architectures and generative AI frameworks. • Knowledge of data engineering and feature store management.
