About the job

General: • Strong experience in driving performance and branding campaigns across Digital Channels • Basic understanding of various aspects of Digital Marketing such as SEO, SEM etc Experience: 3-5 years of experience in • Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of campaigns across various channels to drive business outcomes • Deep understanding of Social Media Platforms • Building and leading a team• Hands on experience on Facebook Advertising Platforms: • Facebook Ads Manager • Google (Search, Display, Discovery etc) • Social Media Channels such as – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc • Google Analytics • Google Trends • Social Media Listening Tools • Social Media Analyzing tools • Bing Editor Qualities: • Analytical with a strong understanding of digital marketing • Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms • Supporting and mentoring team members (team size of 3-5 initially) Responsibilities: • Drive digital marketing strategy for some of the leading brands in the country • Build relationships with the clients and drive marketing objectives • Lead and mentor the team to drive exponential growth for clients • Training the team on various aspects of digital marketing • Lead on pitches and conversations to drive new business acquisition • Training Media Team members on various aspects of paid media
