As a Senior Specialist in Global Product Management focusing on Small Business Credit Risk at Mastercard, your role involves driving Credit Risk solutions and products on a global scale to add value across the credit lifecycle value chain. Your key responsibilities include: - Finding new product opportunities to expand the Small Business Credit Risk portfolio and improve the Go-To-Market strategy of existing product sets - Translating program vision and strategy into product strategy and roadmap, effectively communicating with key stakeholders continuously - Utilizing the Mastercard product management framework to oversee the delivery of ongoing innovations and enhancements for the managed products - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Product and its operating ecosystem to develop effective Product strategies - Being aware of Mastercard's broader Product offerings and utilizing products from other business areas to enhance Product capabilities - Using data analysis to identify Product performance challenges swiftly and creating proactive plans to increase usage and revenues - Committing to continuous learning by utilizing the learning & development curriculum to enhance existing knowledge, skills, and experiences Qualifications required for this role: - Understanding of credit risk, Mastercard's larger product ecosystem, current market pain points, opportunities, and emerging technologies and trends - Demonstrating ownership, agility, and an entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced, evolving market - Experience in market research, customer interviews, and testing new product concepts - Possessing a creative mindset to craft and deliver compelling product value propositions, narratives, and storytelling for diverse audiences - Ability to engage with various levels of leadership internally and externally, and lead and influence effectively at all levels. As a member of the team, you are responsible for maintaining the security of Mastercard assets, information, and networks. This includes: - Adhering to Mastercard's security policies and practices - Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information - Reporting any suspected information security violation or breach - Completing all mandatory security trainings periodically as per Mastercard's guidelines.
