Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales & services priorities and works with sales & services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained double-digit growth. About the Role: The role is a part of the Global Marketing team in GSSO. Within GSSO, the Global Marketing team designs digital and in-person marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner’s insights, advice, and tools can help them achieve the mission-critical priorities that drive organizational performance. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging, and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling experiences across the buyer journey. We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Lead Enrichment team. The individual will be responsible for enhancing the quality and completeness of lead data in our CRM systems. This role involves researching, verifying, and updating lead information to ensure accuracy and relevance, supporting sales and marketing teams in their outreach efforts. The Sr. Specialist will report to the Manager, LET. What you will do: Operations • Research and validate lead information using various tools and sources (LinkedIn, company websites, data providers). • Update and maintain lead records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Identify gaps in lead data and proactively enrich records with missing information (contact details, company size, industry, etc.). • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand lead requirements and priorities. • Assist in developing and optimizing lead enrichment processes and best practices. • Generate reports on lead quality and enrichment progress. • Mentor junior specialists and provide guidance on research techniques. • Stay updated on industry trends and tools for lead enrichment. Reporting and Tracking • Track weekly progress around enriched leads, win rates and communicate to internal stakeholders. • Drive quantitative data analysis using common tools such as Excel, Power BI to deep dive into data trends and insights. What You Will Need: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in lead enrichment, data research, or sales operations. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.). • Proficient in MS Excel and data management tools. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
