Job Description Flywire is looking for a Senior Specialist, People Operations to join our team and work in the USA shift. The working hours for this role are 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. In this role, you will enhance the overall employee experience by managing core People Operations tasks, including onboarding, employee relations, and data management. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of People Team policies and procedures. As a critical thinker and problem solver, you will serve as a key bridge between employees and the broader People function, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Offboarding • Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding new employees and offboarding departing employees, ensuring a seamless transition experience. Payroll • Support payroll and compensation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while collaborating with Finance and other stakeholders. Employee Relations • Address employee inquiries, resolve issues, and foster a positive, engaging work environment. Workplace Experience • Assist with physical workspace programs, including lease management, workspace utilization, events, amenities, maintenance, and security. People Data Management • Maintain accurate employee records, process documentation, and generate reports on personnel activities. • Support internal and external audits by ensuring data is complete, well-documented, and audit-ready, in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Benefits Administration • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Learning & Growth • Support the learning management system by assigning timely learning programs and collaborating with teams to integrate learning into the system of record. Policy Implementation • Assist in developing and implementing People policies and procedures. Compliance • Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. People Systems & Tools Management • Utilize and maintain People systems and tools to ensure accurate and efficient operations. Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to streamline People processes, improve efficiency, and enhance experiences for candidates, employees, managers, leadership, and People teams. Support for People Teams • Collaborate with other People teams on projects and initiatives to drive overall organizational effectiveness. In essence: The Senior Specialist, People Operations plays a pivotal role in creating a positive and efficient workplace by ensuring smooth People operations and supporting employee well-being.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
- 6+ years in Human Resources
- 3+ years of global HR experience
