The Senior Specialist - Program Management is a direct selling position responsible for all aspects of the sales process for both new and existing Customers. Key responsibilities include: • Prospecting and lead generation • Developing sales strategy • Collaborate across functional areas to develop solutions • Manage proposal and presentation process • Provide weekly reporting on accounts • Develop gross revenue set as target • Ensure attainment of revenue and margin goals.
