Senior Specialist - Sales Performance Reporting & Analytics

Key Responsibilities • Sales Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards on bookings, pipeline progression, quota attainment, and productivity across geographies and sales roles. • Sales Performance Analytics: Analyze trends in backlog realization, revenue composition, new business mix, and pipeline velocity to uncover performance drivers. • Forecasting Support: Contribute to forecast modeling through accurate data inputs, analysis of historical trends, and monitoring in-quarter sales indicators. • Data Quality & Governance: Collaborate with operations and CRM teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data across platforms (e.g., Salesforce). • Insight Generation & Ad-Hoc Analysis: Deliver timely, insightful responses to leadership queries on KPIs, booking variances, slippage, and other performance metrics. Qualifications • 6–9 years of experience in sales reporting, analytics, or operations within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT services organization. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar large-scale CRM platforms. • Exposure to Python, R, or Alteryx is a plus. • Skilled in interpreting complex datasets and converting them into strategic business insights. • Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
